hiiii...my name's court normandin. i'm an illustrator/painter/art person based in portland, maine.

i went to maine college of art (...and design) and graduated in the illustration department. now i draw silly little pictures all day* (*when i'm not working).

the username crvptozoology comes from the secret song on the back side of track five from patrick stump's solo album soul punk (bigfoot's cool too, don't get me wrong)

for making art, i use...

• my ipad pro, with procreate/clip studio paint/heavypaint (i rotate between the three)
• student grade acrylic paint (liquitex/blick/those apple barrel paints) and prismacolor colored pencil, usually on chipboard or hardboard
• loooots of different pens and pencils and stuff, i'll have to make a youtube video at some point
• currently using a small handbook sketchbook and a three pack of midori md notebooks (i'm on number 3!)

to make this website, i used this template/tutorial, and i'm hosting this site on neocities! very fun, do recommend.
